“That Bishop Girl”

When she reached down and grabbed that calf by the jaw,
you could tell that gal would speak with a Southern drawl,
Stuck her left hand right in her mouth
showed that calf what she was all about.
That heifer looked bad, just a little bit sick,
got some farmgirl doctoring mighty quick.
She perked right up, she’s feeling spry.
Once again she’s got a twinkling eye,
Yeah she comes from the Sunshine State,
she will make her mark, just you wait.
In all the shows on the Southeast tour
she’s busting hers so she can beat your.
The Brahman breed is her pride and joy,
takes all her time, so look out boys!
She might take a little break for a night on the town
but you better be a country boy when you come around.
And all you tough boys that come from the farm
don’t even think about causing her harm.
Yeah she’s like all farmgirls from way down South,
a little back talk and she’ll grab your mouth.
And unlike the calf at the start of this tale,
when it’s all over you won’t be doing so well.
Then you’ll go home thinking, “Why in the World,
did I ever cross Briana?, that Bishop girl”.
